Nathalie Bougenies is a customs and international trade and transactions attorney based in Neville Peterson’s Washington, DC office. She advises a broad range of highly regulated industries, including food and beverage, dietary supplements, cosmetics, cannabis, industrial and consumer products, and technology companies. Her practice focuses on customs, trade remedies, trade policy, transactional matters, and related litigation, with an emphasis on helping clients navigate complex tariff and compliance requirements while advancing commercial and operational objectives.
